Neight's long career in this industry has taught him many things, not only about hair but about building relationships. That's happens to be one of his best attributes. You can't help but smile when you spend time with him. 
A family man through and through, Neight gets his inspiration from his wife, 2 boys, 2 grandkids and his late mother. They encouraged him to chase his dream and join the Paul Mitchell National Educator program where he has traveled all over the country educating and inspiring fellow hairdressers to be more confident and more successful. 
Neight has worked side by side with the top names in our industry to elevate his skills to a level seen by few in his years behind the chair. He heads up our new talent program to train the next generation of Magnolia Avenue Salon stylists. With his experience in owning salons in both Oklahoma and Missouri, he brings a seasoned touch to our salon.
