Annie
Marlowe

Apprentice

Annie Marlowe is a creative force behind the chair at Magnolia Avenue Salon, known for her love of fun, edgy cuts and her ability to turn a haircut into a true reflection of someone’s personality. After training at Ogle Fort Worth, Annie took her lifelong love of creativity—and her experience growing up everywhere (seriously, over 20 moves!)—and channeled it into building hair looks that are anything but basic.

She thrives on crafting bold, funky styles that are completely personalized. For Annie, it’s not just about what the haircut looks like—it’s about who it’s for. “The hair starts to cut itself once I get to know someone,” she says. Her ideal client? Kind, open-minded people with big ideas. If you’re bringing personality to the chair, she’s bringing the vision to match it.

When she’s not transforming hair, Annie’s usually creating in other ways—making stained glass, writing and playing music, or running wild in the woods. She’s currently jamming to Brainbombs, reading Jazz by Toni Morrison, and (lovingly) obsessing over conspiracy theory podcasts. Her go-to Paul Mitchell product is the Clean Beauty Everyday Treatment—because even wild hair needs solid care. At home, she hangs out with her two pets, Gordo and Stevie, and looks forward to the changes ahead—whatever form they take.
