Her stepmom, a hairstylist herself, further fueled her passion when he encouraged her to attend Paul Mitchell Arlington. It's clear that helping people feel beautiful and confident is not just a job for Bailey, but a deep-seated love. She specializes in coloring and blonding, and her favorite service to perform is updos and highlights – a skill she's truly mastered over time.

When she's not creating stunning looks, Bailey loves to unwind with a good book, catch up on true crime podcasts like "Morbid," or spend quality time with her husband and beloved dogs, Archer Allie and Timmy. She's also a big fan of Motionless in White for her music fix, although she playfully admits making a favorite pick is "really hateful."
